BACKGROUND
The European Union estimates that there are at least 15 million people of African descent living within its borders.
AFRO EUROPEAN XCELLENCE FESTIVAL 2022 represents the quest for us African-descendants, evolving in its space to showcase our unity and our many singular voices in art, music and urban culture.
For our first event, scheduled from Friday September 30th through Saturday October 1st, we want to celebrate the summer end by bringing to the German capital dancers, singers, performers, visual artists and more, from as many parts of Europe as possible.
AFRO EUROPEAN XCELLENCE 2022 will give the opportunity to the public to enjoy two nights full of thrilling and enticing DJ Sets and Live Performances along with a day where dance shows, panel talks, art exhibitions will make this community gathering an event to remember!
